What is Lingling-o:
The Lingling-o symbol originates from the indigenous Ifugao people of the Philippines, symbolizing fertility, and virility. It embodies what we can achieve together in perfect balance and understanding our interconnectedness. Lingling-o enables us to manifest abundance and serves as a reminder of our power to create and recreate ourselves and our world.

What is the Lingling-o Principle:
The Lingling-o Principle offers a holistic perspective on achieving a balanced and fulfilling life. It directs its focus towards addressing the root causes of lifelong pain and trauma, with the goal of restoring innate human kindness and the capacity for love. Lingling-o is grounded in the belief that life presents an opportunity for meaning and purpose in a deliberate and conscious manner. It starts by examining the root causes of lifelong pain or trauma that all humans experience, seeking to liberate ourselves from the suffering that results in a negative self-view, a distorted perception of our environment, and strained social relationships. Consequently, we adopt negative behaviors and patterns that ultimately distance us from our innate human kindness and hinder our ability to give and accept love.

Only available for California residents

For Non-Clinical Services:
The Lingling-o Method employs strategies and approaches grounded in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) values, principles, and goals. It aims to center the perspectives, voices, and involvement of underrepresented groups within communities, organizations, and institutions to bring about impactful and transformative change.
Transformative change is realized through the analysis and examination of power and power imbalances. The method works to challenge and eliminate barriers that cause disparities, inequalities, and poor outcomes for underrepresented groups.
